The rate changes according of the season and the lengh of the stay. The price will include 3.5% for lodging tax, the gst of 5% and the qst of 9.975%.

Cheaper then all hotels and equivalent to the youth hostel, you will be at home, have the security and the privacy of a private apartment. Plus, you will be able to prepare your own meals.

For additional nights, the rate goes down. A special rent can be negociated for longer periods. Do not hesitate to ask.

To reserve your dates, you must pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount, minimum 150$. The deposit is payable by paypal or cash.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

The day you arrive, you may arrive after 1pm. You must check out at the latest at 4pm on your last day, so we have time to 
clean for the next guests. These time may change depending on reservations.
