RENTAL CONDITIONS

The address where you are renting is 6331 St-Vallier, in Montréal, H2S 2P6.

DURATION:

The first date is the arrival date starting at 1pm, the second date is the departure date at the latest 4.00 pm. For example May 2nd to May 9th, means a period of 7 nights.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 40% of the total amount, or a minimum of 150$, must be paid by Paypal, in order to confirm your reservation. (If the reservation is made less then 20 days before arrival, the rent is payable in full at the time of reservation.) The balance must be paid seven days prior to your arrival. You will find your personnel access code to the building in the contract. It will be activated after complete payment.

 

CANCELLATION & REEMBURSEMENT:

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be given back to you. Thiry (30) days or less the deposit is not refundable.

 

SERVICES :

The tenant is responsable for the cleaning of the apartment during his stay.  There is no room service. Towels and linens are furnished, as well as soap and shampoo. There is a washer and dryer in the building, for which you need to pay $1.50 per use, the laundry soap is furnished. Tenant does not have to wash linens before leaving. 

 

OTHERS:

The apartment must be left clean and without any damages. All damages must be declared as soon as it is noticed.

It is NOT allowed to smoke in the studio. 

The apartment is rented for a maximum of two people. Only the people for whom the reservation was made may use and live in the apartment. It is not tranferable.

Tenants causing trouble or being too noisy for the other tenants of the building, or that do not take care of the apartment and its furniture will be asked to leave without any reimbursement. It is not allowed to use speackers or other electronic divices in order to listen to loud music.

The leaser has the right to visit the apartment at any time,  in order to inspect it or to show it to potentiel clients.  He will previously call by phone, and knock to announce himself.

When meeting with the leaser, the tenant will present a valid id, such as a passport for foreigners or drivers licence for Canadian citizens.

No animals or pets are accepted. The snow is not removed from the parking. It is possible that the parking won't be accessible during winter. Also, I only have one parking spot, ask if its available before reserving.

A more detailled contract will be sent to you in order to conclude the reservation.
